Nuddo Glow support

Nuddo Glow is a social app for sharing with buddies and circles. Following Australia’s social media minimum age, we offer accounts only to people 16 and over, everywhere. You just give your birth year and month when you sign up — no ID needed. If your age was assessed wrongly, email us.

An app for recording and sharing life and habits with your buddies and circles. Log what you do each day — workouts, meals, dog walks, games, plans — and your buddies and circles can see, like and cheer it, set goals with you and head out together.

On the Buddies tab, share your Nuddo ID (or its link) with them, or enter their Nuddo ID and tap Add. Once they accept, you’re buddies.

Open the goal and invite a buddy from its follow settings. Once they accept, they see when and how you check in. Photos stay hidden unless you turn them on for that goal.

When you follow a buddy’s goal, you get a notification each time they check in. Turn it on or off per buddy and per goal, from their profile or that goal’s check-ins.

Open Nuddo Glow each day to collect your stardust: a random amount that grows with your tier, ×1.5 once you’ve collected it 5 days in a row. The first check-in on each goal gives 5 and finishing a goal for the day gives 10 — up to 100 stardust a day from check-ins. Finish every goal in a day and the 100% reward is settled when you open the app the next day: extra stardust for each goal, also growing with your tier. Plus members who plan a route find chests on it each day, worth 20 each. Levels 1–100 make up 12 tiers from Bronze to Legend, and you can keep levelling past 100; buddies and circles have level rankings.

Any cheer, like or reminder between two buddies makes that day a Nudge. The 🙌 number next to a buddy’s name is your Nudge streak in days.

The host or a vice-host taps New in a circle and adds the time and place (with a map and one-tap directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps). Members tap Join and can set a reminder. Afterwards, add the cost — split evenly by default — and nudge anyone who hasn’t paid. Sign-ups can also repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly (1 per circle for Premium hosts, 5 for Plus).

Tap Share to send a link (Messages, WeChat chats and so on) or an image with a QR code (good for Instagram, Xiaohongshu or WeChat Moments). Opening it brings people into Nuddo Glow; inside WeChat or Xiaohongshu, choose “Open in browser” first.

When the host’s subscription ends, the circle pauses: the shared goal, progress and sign-ups stop, and announcements still work. If the host subscribes again within 14 days it comes back on its own; otherwise the circle is disbanded.

On the Circles tab, tap New (needs Premium or Premium Plus), enter an invite code someone shared, or accept a circle invite from a buddy.

Check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Nuddo Glow and that “Remind me” is on for the goal. Goals already done today don’t remind you again.

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nuddo Glow and choose Cancel, or go there from Nuddo Glow’s Settings → Manage subscription. Paid features stay on until the end of the current period.

Sign in with the same email or Apple Account and your goals and records sync back. Restore your subscription from Nuddo Glow’s Settings → Restore purchases.

Create a Birthdays & dates goal and turn on “按农历过” in the Chinese interface. Nuddo Glow works out the next lunar date every year. The English interface shows lunar dates but can’t change them.

Nuddo Glow’s sister app, for chatting with the same buddies and circles. Messages fade like memories (3 hours on Free, 12 on Premium, 36 on Plus), and moments you both mark 👻 stay in your shared sky. You sign in with the same Nuddo account, so your buddies, circles and block list are shared.

At the bottom of Settings in Nuddo Glow or Nuddo Ghost, tap Delete account, then slide all the way and hold. The two apps share one account, so your account, records, photos, circle data, chats and skies are permanently deleted in both. If you can’t sign in, email us from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.
