Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Arivanta Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) about using the Nuddo app and the nuddo.me website. By using Nuddo you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you got Nuddo from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use Nuddo. If you’re under 18, please use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- Give us an email you control and keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Usernames can’t be changed once chosen; nicknames can be changed as your plan allows.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Your content
The goals, records, photos and words you create in Nuddo stay yours. So we can run the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and back up your content and to show it to the people you choose (such as buddies who follow you or members of your circles), only for operating Nuddo. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account (backups are removed as described in the Privacy Policy).
4. Community rules
Nuddo is a place to support each other. We have zero tolerance for:
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
- sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content;
- impersonating others, sharing other people’s private information, or uploading photos of people without their consent;
- spam, scams, advertising or anything illegal;
- attempts to break, attack or get around Nuddo’s security, or to scrape data by automated means.
You can report or block anyone in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can also report by email to support@nuddo.me.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Premium and Premium Plus are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions charged to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- If you cancel, paid features stay on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you’re back on Free. Goals and data above the Free limits are kept, but some features are limited.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- “Buy us a coffee” is a one-off tip and doesn’t unlock features.
- We’ll tell you about price changes in advance, as the App Store requires.
6. Health and safety
Nuddo helps you track and build habits; it doesn’t give medical advice. Set exercise, diet, sleep, weight and quitting goals that are right for you, and talk to a doctor or other professional about health concerns. Stay aware of your surroundings and traffic when running, riding or travelling.
7. Changes and ending the service
We keep improving Nuddo and may add, change or remove features. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we decide to shut Nuddo down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a chance to export your data.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t legally be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Nuddo is provided “as is”: we work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free; we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Nuddo in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state. We may update these terms; we’ll tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
